Process Improvement:

Wet Plant Processing Equipment:
OURAY E&M provides their customers the most efficient and cost effective wet washing plant solution available today. OURAY E&M’s plant is specifically designed for lower maintenance cost, a higher segregation accuracy, utilization of less water and production of a higher quality product, resulting in a faster return on investment for the owner/operator.

Eductor Mixing:
OURAY E&M utilizes an eductor based mixing and pumping system. By harnessing the power of this technology, we can propel the slurry through the gradation process and minimize contact between the pump and the abrasive minerals in the system which enhances the longevity of the pumps. More importantly, the use of eductor units allows OURAY E&M to design the exact water turbulence to create maximum mineral saturation resulting in an ideal feed stock for the remainder of the system. -
Particulate Separation:
OURAY E&M utilizes a proprietary design which can be targeted for exact mineral segregation. Our horizontal drum separators rely on centrifugal & tangential forces to separate the particulates as desired by the customer and does not need the use of cyclone type units. By utilizing centrifugal force without the use of vacuum and gravity we eliminate variables and dramatically increase the accuracy of the particulate cut. -

Modular Construction:
OURAY E&M can, if desired, construct these units in a modular way utilizing “intermodal frames” so that the process modules can be easily shipped to the site. This allows the construction of the units in a factory environment to the specification required for the customers mineral production, which allows for easier movement on site, reduction of transport costs, reduced on-site installation time and a reduction in capital costs. -
Mineral Input, Loading & Excavation:
OURAY E&M’s units can be utilized with either dry or wet excavation techniques. OURAY can provide wet loading system, hopper-less mineral split systems, overland hydro-transport, wet list system and jet dredgers.

Hybrid Mineral Process System is a modular and transportable high yield mineral process unit targeted at producing specific gradations and high value products in the oil and gas proppants industry (frac sand). This system employs technology that is non-typical within the silica sand processing industry as well as proprietary equipment which is historically utilized for mineral handling. Although these units may be relatively non-standard in this application the technology behind the application is well known in other mineral handling/cleaning fields of industry.
